Damir Bartol Indoš (1957., Zagreb) is a performer and theatre artist, he creates experimental music instruments, sound sculptures Schachtophones and graphic partitures. Graduated in comparative literature and philosophy at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Zagreb, he was one of the members of the influential neo-avant-garde performance group Theatre Kugla/ Kugla Glumište and co-created and performed in many actions and performances from 1975 to 1981/1982 as Celebration of Spring, Soft Ships, The White Room, Circus Blue Star, Kugla Cabaret, Summer Afternoon. With a performance Action 16:00, in 1981, the group was divided between soft and hard fraction. As the initiator of hard fraction called Group Kugla, DB Indoš has created during the 1980s series of solo and group performances as Gigan Affair, Unshaded Vibrations, Sixth Allelomorf, Zeinimuro, Deer Danger, Rocking I, Subotica and Details of the Resistance, Magellan, Laboren Exercens.

Also, as DB Indoš House of Extreme Music Theater, from the 1990s, he created a series of projects and world tours with a variety of foreign and domestic artists and musicians, as War Kitchen, The Door, Horse Tail, Son, On Chess and Pain, Laika - The First Dog in the Space, The School Bus, or Conversations with Children, Rocking. Since the 2005, in collaboration with an actress Tanja Vrvilo he’s been creating experimental theatre works and performances, as well as solo performances, mostly in coproduction with Culture of Change - Theatre &TD, as Chinese Roulette, The Enchantment, Green, Green, Weight Man, The Book of the Dead (with Zlatko Buric, Dragana Milutinović, Tanja Vrvilo), Anti-Oedipus, Cepheus, Kriegspiel - A War Game, Water War, Hauka Molekula, An American Assasin, Vareška19, 21,65 m ofSchachtophony, Tosca 914, Phantom Planinšak, Winged picture, Schachtophonia Mao Tze, He has participated in various international theatre festivals (Eurokaz Zagreb, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Klang Arten Festival Linz, NY Franklin Furnace, Dance Week Festival Zagreb, Copenhagen Cultural Capital of Europe 1996, Roskilde Festival, Dartington Arts Coledge,  Phoenix Exeter, Cardiff Summer Festival, Tacheles Berlin, Unikum Klagenfurt, Szene Vienna, Euro-scene Leipzig, Unidram Potsdam, TanzQuartier Wien, Translacije Piotrkow, Wroclaw festival, Perforacije Zagreb, Kontejner festival Zagreb, Music Biennale Zagreb 2011, Camp festival Zagreb/ Karlsruhe, Colchester arts centre, Rich Mix-London, Jerwood dance house Ipswich, Studio Lowry Manchester, Lakeside theatre Colhester, Zoom festival Rijeka, Vega - Copenhagen, 13.Prague Quadreninial of performance design and space, Ve.Sch-Vienna, Wundergrund festival 2015 Copenhagen.

He is permanent collaborator of Theatre &TD, a member of the Croatian Freelance Artists' Association and the Association of Fine Art Artists ULUPUH. He was awarded for his contribution to alternative culture in Croatia by City of Zagreb, 2009. He is a winner of the Museum of Contemporary Art MSU THT exhibition 2012 for a sound sculpture Schachtophone.

Damir Bartol Indoš (1957., Zagreb) je performer i kazališni umjetnik, stvara eksperimentalne muzičke instrumente, zvučne skulpture Šahtofone i grafičke partiture. Diplomirao je Filozofiju i komparativnu književnost na Filozofskom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Zagrebu. Bio je član neoavangardne kazališne grupe Kugla Glumište s kojom je stvarao i izvodio niz utjecajnih akcija i performansa u razdoblju od 1975. do 1981./1982. kao što su Doček proljeća, Mekani brodovi, Bijela soba, Cirkus Plava zvijezda, Kugla Cabaret, Ljetno popodne. S radom Akcija 16:00, iz 1981., grupa se dijeli na mekanu i tvrdu frakciju. Tijekom 1980-ih, kao pokretač tvrde frakcije nazvane Grupa Kugla, DB Indoš je radio seriju grupnih i solo performansa kao Afera Gigan, Neprigušeni titraji, Šesti Allelomorf, Zeinimuro, Opasnost od jelena, Njihanje I, Subotica i detalji otpora, Magellan, Laboren Exercens.

Od 1990-ih, pod imenom DB Indoš - Kuća ekstremnog muzičkog kazališta, ostvaruje niz projekata i gostovanja u zemlji i svijetu s brojnim domaćim i stranim umjetnicima i muzičarima, Ratna kuhinja, Vrata, Konjski rep, Sin, O šahu i boli, Laika - Prvi pas u svemiru, Školski autobus, ili razgovori s djecom, Njihanje. ). Od 2005. u autorskoj suradnji s glumicom Tanjom Vrvilo realizira eksperimentalne kazališne radove i performanse, kao i solo izvedbe, najčešće u koprodukciji s Kulturom promjene Teatra &TD, kao što su Kineski rulet, Vilovanje, Zeleno, zeleno, Teretni čovjek, Knjiga mrtvih (s Zlatkom Burićem Kićom, Draganom Milutinović i Tanjom Vrvilo), Anti-Edip, Cefas, Kriegspiel, Vodni rat, Američki Atentator, Vareška19, 21,65 m Šahtofonije, Tosca 914, Fantom Planinšak, Krilate slike, Šahtofonija Mao Tze).

Stalni je suradnik Teatra &TD, kao kazališni redatelj član je Hrvatske zajednice samostalnih umjetnika, član je ULUPUHA-a u sekciji kazališne scenografije. Dobitnik je nagrade Grada Zagreba 2009. za doprinos alternativnoj kulturi Hrvatske. Dobitnik je prve nagrade Muzeja suvremene umjetnosti u Zagrebu na natječaju MSU THT iz 2011. za zvučnu skulpturu Šahtofon, u suradnji s Tanjom Vrvilo dobitnik  grupne nagrade hrvatske selekcije na 13.Praškom kvadrijenalu, 2015. godine za korištenje scenskog prostora - predstava Tosca 914.
